    I still don't understand why the independent directors and the FIRB etc. accept the takeover offer, which is lower than any independent valuation of Marilana (let alone the rest of the company).

    Has anyone spoken to norgard, paddo, splat, or the FIRB etc. to get an explanation of why ?
