    FWIW I received a letter from ASIC today regarding the issues I raised and they will respond to them within 28 days.

    I have a contact number here so I might ring and ask about the legalities of buyers tipping their bids into the Wah Nam takeover offer.( assuming that is what's happening )

    Is a letter a standard response from ASIC? I'm guessing so.

    With any luck they will be watching all this closely :/
