T/u Fitnfan. As per my post a few days ago, would it not have been prudent to put the CRE t/o shares in escrow at the time of making the offer to buy Cre out of their difficulties. That would have prevented DB tanking our shares. It may sound good for buying, but when all our buying money is spent and we want to see the SP going up, not down, it is a different story. Cheers, M.
