No such luck I'm afraid scotsman. You either sell on market or retain your shares in the unlisted vehicle. Not an attractive choice unfortunately.
I have had this happen to me in another company and it stinks but the major shareholders will carry the day in the shareholder vote and they presumably have already made up their minds.
