    If lnc is deliste in AU and relist in SG trading cost will go up as then you need an international trading platform. Then the exchange rate risk. Once sale take place the it need to convert from SGD to AUD. This can be costly if exchanged at thd wrong time and it also cost money to convert.
    Then there is time difference, trading conditions and news flow that i can think of.
