    if its delisted tomorrow .. it wont help your tax situation ,, you have to actually dispose of your shares which have a value of ZERO,, so to get rid of them you have to pay someone to take them off your hands ,

    once you have done that you can claim your LOSS ,,,
    its really DISGRACEFUL how share holders have been treated
