3 year minimum permitting (unless improved by govt) = mid-2025 earliest receipt
CE says there don't appear to be any roadblocks to achieving this (whereas PMET have their lake issue.)
In the Dec RK Equity interview, CE said that he and SB are approaching this like they're building BOTH Cancet and Adina in 3-4 years.
Cancet has been worked on since 2017. They seem to already have a small starter deposit there (like CXO's Grants deposit, but shallow).
Reasonable to think they could build a small DMS plant in 6-12 months and be in production 2026.
