TRY INCENTIVISING SHAREHOLDERS TO REMAIN SHAREHOLDERS INSTEAD OF DILUTING THEM OUT THE BACK DOOR.

INSTEAD PERHAPS.
TRY GETTING THEM ALL TO WORK FOR THE MONEY THEY GET PAID TO WORK FOR like everyone else in the wider community.
