    i Think we wont move till we see the start of cashflows and we get a definitive answer re foothill project. Either way I am happy to sit back and wait.  I have been averaging down when I can as I believe that once we start to see the cashflows the upward move will start.  Inst's wont move till there is meat on the bones.
