Those who wish to vote on the CCC deal need to have their proxies at the share registrar (Gould Ralph) at least 48 hours prior to Wednesday's meeting which is at "2:00pm on Wednesday 26 September 2007 at the Westin Hotel, 205 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria." So unless you are Melbourne based and going to the meeting you need to get the proxies into the post on Friday - they need to hit Sydney by 2pm Monday. Regardless of which way you are voting make sure the technicalities don't stuff you up.
