Sure they are! An improved mailroom gives a customer a huge competitive advantage over others in the same industry. Everybody should look at their own place of work to see whether it makes a difference to their core business bottom line. I'm afraid it's no different to a mining company having new desks fitted in their offices.

Unless you work for a mail delivery company, you'll find that it doesn't. Hence no need for CIC, which is why Microsoft's name was released in the CEO update.

CIC can be a legitimate reason, but also a convenient excuse. I just wonder whether confidentiality is requested by TZ's customers or the other way around.
