What we know is from TSMC that 28nm wafers take 60 days to produce. TSMC will then test and eventually send to Socionext who do their thing then send to Brainchip who then do their thing so based on the first run they will be ready to ship in August unless something is found in testing at any of the three stages that delays the movement to the next stage.
