How does a class action achieve that. Most directors and companies are now covered by insurance for this. A case to read up on is mgc very little effect on either just dragged out payment from company to holders for a long time.
unless criminal charges are laid no effect to company or directors beside the long drawn out process the only winners are the legal firms. But hey it makes people feel good.
