Good to see the idea of smart phones doing the grunt work off the grid being talked about in the media.
At this stage it looks like Samsung have the head start working with IBM to put TrueNorth into their devices. Samsung share prices across the globe have been screaming up in 2016 even with the galaxy note 7 recall. Went up over 50%. Lot more than Google or Apple.
