That they have set the insto pedigree in such a way that for only few mil, anyone could pump rrs into oppie strike territory..
As for dilution,,,,The sp can be manipulated next time in any manner of ways to be beneficial to the insiders..
If I, can work out a number of ways, how they could do it, you can bet they have more.
This could be such a great stock if only the side shows were shut down.
