Was also looking at the options issued to Tanarra under payment for the facilities and if they exercise those options the company will raise $3.7m which after accounting for the cost of the debt establishment fee means Delorean will recoup nearly 70% of the facility A cost so if one thinks about the future value and the gains Tanarra could make of that appreciation I think some of the debt could definitely start to shrink sooner than expected.
espcially considering the $5m facility A was just to clear the old convertable notes so debt that should be cleared sooner than later as it's non productive unlike the rest of the facilities actually being used to build strong cash flow projects. The options issued with that were also at an exercise price of $0.1264 so they already in the money $800k if there were to exercise and sell now.
And just for clarity if all the options are exercised delorean will raise $5.2m with the highest options being in the money at $0.25 cents.
