The other things that aren't taken into account with your model, (being that it is only designed for the SA1 project, and all projects thereafter) are the revenues generated from engineering and construction of other jobs. I.e. brickworks and Yarra..
I Don't know much about the income from completed plants? are they on a revenue from gate fees basis, are they on a royalties payment? or is it a 1 off cost to build.
The revenues from 'other' activities can also pay down debt or even start the next projects.. with the revenue of the plant adding to their ability to continue expansion.. 1 a year would be handy.
