Why is it obvious, MIN can control and influence without having to buy anymore stock. Effectively the SP can sit there and churn away doing nothing. I'd expect some convertible notes to be offered to MIN rather than cap raise when the time comes.
Things only get interesting if one of the existing large players wants more or a new large player wants in
