LTR have a big head start on them though. The mine site buildings are going up at an insane speed. Big contracts locked in too.
Delta needs to be quick too to secure buyers and get a mine camp running and producing because the big players are snapping up smaller ones. It's at least a year and a half to get to production. That's at lightning speed too.
