The IRA factor is also going to be pretty relevant I'd say. MIN main Li resources tied into big Chinese JVs therefore non-IRA compliant. The non-Chinese Li could very well carry a higher value as is IRA compliant. I'd wager this could be why he's hoovering up assets like DLI as a ex-China constellation of assets.
