Dunno, I've been think about CE's strategy. He's got a controlling stake in a lot of dirt. Which he paid a premium for. Assuming he figured the Li price would drop and Li hopefuls along with them, with the tonne of cash he borrowed can pick them up dirt cheap if and when he wants. Maybe, I can't claim to know what goes on in his mind.
I may have lost a bit on this, and doubt I will regain the loss. However it's been quite an education.
