Yes, based on what we have seen over at LTR, funding is going to be an issue for any new mine due to risk around market volatility. Perhaps CE taking the reins was the only way DLI was ever going to get off the ground. Once the price recovers, the risk remains in terms of funding and that's where MinR step in
