IMO it's all down to the lithium, which as many analysts say has bottomed and been way oversold, with a lack of development so demand will outstrip supply in the coming years.
When people talk about lithium demand they often think solely about car EVs, but truck/ public transport EVs will be a massive user of lithium as they use 10x as much as a car. Transport and mining companies will be adopting them wholesale in the next few years to save money on fuel & maintenance as well as the standard 'green' BS. Sentiment is starting to swing back again in favour of lithium and it can move quote quickly if the last couple of cycles are anything to go by
