Hello all,

Took a pilot position here a few weeks ago, since then it appears to escaped my grasp to the upside! No real complaints here though.

Not unreasonable to watch for some pullback, however, it is apparent the market is currently pricing in material resource / significant expansion and quickly - let us see what the drilling rigs deliver.

Still early days on the Yinnetharra exploration but to recap briefly on the investment prospect:

1. Quality and well-credentialled management - in my respectful opinion the pinnacle of any investment - Flanagan has previously delivered via Atlas Iron and one cannot admire his enthusiasm and persuasive style of presentation. I also really like the addition of Tim Manners noting his CFO role at Ramelius - this brings some real depth of clout and experience that transcends that of the traditional “explorer”. This meaningfully positions DLI well for the slated commencement of DSO operations near-term.

2. Mt Ida JORC resource base of circa 12.5MT underpinning some genuine economic value here:



3. Management and team are well aligned with shareholders through incentive programs that provide serious financial impetus to prove up a material lithium resource base and commence mining operations near-term - for example:


4. Powerful neighbours / suitors are hovering:

- Idemitsu 15% stake in the company but subject to a master-stroke ability retained by DLI to control the exercise of a power to vote and dispose of the relevant shares:




- Dave Richards / Tim Goyder backed MI6 exploring prospective and adjoining ground (also up circa 22% today):


- Hancock Prospecting, Min Res reportedly buying shares on market.

- FMG sniffing around Yinnetharra through pegging surrounding land:




5. Well funded with substantial cash holdings - albeit which will be being consumed at a rapid pace due to the aggressive exploration program - per investor presentation as at 16 May 2023:
