Yep, they don't always get filled either...the market is very fickle on Li...2 hrs ago, pls was barely green...now it is rebounding nicely.
best to ride the bumps, buy retraces and trust flanno to deliver.
EV sales will increase regardless of the spot price...but cheaper production costs are also assisted by lower spot prices....markets always move in pendulums, rarely uniform
