This seems to relate to engines especially the two top items mentioned, that will not be CVM as it is not suitable for rotating components.
I hope the last item does actually relate to CVM but I suspect Delta will not advertise publicly, they want to steal a march on non techops customers and they will be kkeping their own customers informed.
