Seriously? Already shown their capital disciplne by starting buyback when the shares are at more than 10 year highs !. Now they want to buy another cyclical business at the top of the cycle. GNC through its 2 decade history of trying to diversify has been a disaster. It tried upward integration with Alliance Mills and UMG and both of those failed badly so were sold . It should be simply accumulating cash now and paying down all debt and waiting for the inevitable turn in the weather and share price and buy back their own shares then or some other rural thing they understand
