If it were accepted we would all very rich men right nowadays our sp would be circa 52c They are still negotiating this deal and haven't rejected it out right but haven't struck a deal yet either. It's probably some of the terms and conditions they are negotiating or the price as well. They have been pretty tight lipped a out the negotiations.
