The financing wouldn't come just from me, it would be a consortium of investors via a single vehicle (SPV). I wish I had $30m to spare on my own but I don't!
Our understanding from our lawyers is that the company could only carry out a capital increase in the share base by 10% without shareholder, which clearly wouldn't be enough to get things going.
It is bizarre they have not responded. I hope I am being overly cautious and that they have not responded because they have already secured the financing or are finalising documentation.
