Personally I don’t think CR is one of the option RSK thinking and offer from HFGUY is outrageous, no wonder company didn’t respond to him.
I think it is better for kcn to get the deal done then inform market otherwise HFGUY will be sniffing around like he did with TDG deal. Don’t think everyone around you is your friend even though they are saying they are but in reality they want your assets. over the period we had a lots of friends ( in reality those were vulture).
