You mean working as a finance broker?
My guess high commission from financial institutes, on top he wants 20% of kcn and sit at the management, what a joke? I would put my opinion if he got the money but he is acting as a broker here and demanding .
By the way we have an investment partner name Investec
who does have money, previously given us 22m and we paid them 750k via stock 2.6m (rate was low) and “0” interest . They don’t ask for sit or high interest like our so called friend does.
