demand for pipes.. up on 2 fronts?

    Im thinking demand for pipes is going to increase dramatically on two fronts..

    1) Coal seam gas.
    2) Farmers are kicking up a fuss over returning water to the environment... the only alterantive is for the govt to front up with pipes to move water around.

    What percent improvement for Crane group will this have?
    Any positive impact?
