I agree with your sentiment. Sometimes tough negotiations up front to get a sensible deal is better than rolling over and doing any deal to get the deal signed. Rolling over more often the not leads to a failed venture.
I’m patient enough to hang in there for the RIGHT deal. If it doesn’t happen because it doesn’t make commercial sense then I will congratulate the management team and save my capital for another opportunity. Hope the management team are of the same mindset. It’s not like they are not doing well at the moment; just need to set ourselves up for the longer term.
