i think overall, there might has been a decrease in demand. However, not to the point of 30% - 50% decrease.

This is a crisis of confident, not a crisis of demand. Overtime, supply and demand will align and we will see a correction. Personally i think the correction has gone way beyond the equilibrium mark and has. the pendulum will swing back soon.
