Patrick this is the point I have been bleating on about for many months - most homes will never require 100MB so why spend the $43B.
I guess from a cynical point of view, only 200 homes have taken up the current Telstra 100MB offer because it is not yet subsidized by K.Rudd and CO at $29.95 / month LOL and then paid for by the tax payer.
I now think that the ALP strategy moving into the next election is to say "poor us" for having the most obstructionist Senate in 30 years.
They can't put pink bats into roofs without stuffing up and then not listening to warning signs, how are they ever going to manage health reform, NBN, ETS & refugee boats ?
These clowns have had their go and failed.
