Yes they pay dividends, in fact Incitec just paid a 2.1cent dividend earlier this month.
As far as payment details go I find the best way to make changes to my requirements is through the web interface of their share registry company which is Link Market Services.

There I can make changes to payment details, communication details, participation in Dividend reinvestment and etc for them and the other companies whose shares that I own who also use them for their share registry.
The other main registry for companies shares that I own is Computershare.
