    My wife an I are owners of our portfolio. I own the opinion with 25 years of experience.

    I believe the value trap was adequately explained. No growth prospects IMO for a few years and only 3% dividend is a waste of my time and money - regular consistent growth of 10%+ with an ascending FF dividend attracts my attention. TFC IMO will not get there for years.
