The sort of market control that TFC are developing is rare. Add that to the extremely high barriers to entry due to the 15+ year timeframe required to grow the trees. Very rare for a commodity business to have such a strong moat.
The real risks of this company, in my opinion, are mostly related to natural disasters (i.e. floods, fires etc.) and geopolitical risks (i.e. certain countries banning import, war, etc.). The plantations' vast strategic plantings mitigate the first risk and the second is improbable enough for my comfort.
