I would add pests and disease and potential shortage of irrigation water to the risks side.
Debt I think (correct me if I am wrong) matures in 2023? Well into the truly big harvests/cashflows anyway. Looming ructions in the world markets shouldn't pose a problem. Perhaps a buying opportunity though.
