I have a feeling anything on the EPA side, it kind of falls into that 'green', 'rainbow' area these days where you don't want to be caught saying anything that could be taken as negative.
Ian could probably tell you off the record in private exactly why he thought EPA approval would be finished end of 2022, and exactly why we are now Month 3 past that timeline,, but I get the feeling publically voicing anything in relation to EPA holding up the project, it's probably a quick way to offend the higher ups at the EPA who walk on water and TMT's submission will hit a bottom drawer for 6 Months.
I am hesitant to even say the above myself at the risk of EPA reading it and taking it out on TMT.
That is my guess as to why we only have a very vague and diplomatic response from Ian regarding the delays, rather than clear talk.
It is very frustrating for many reasons.
