    Following the many news stories over the past week, the Indian consortium (ICVL) may well bid for a controlling shareholding in RIV and work with Tata to secure coal supply.

    Combined with Tata, ICVL would only need to purchase 27% of RIV to have a combined holding of 51% with Tata.
