PRIMOTRADER-Thats my lot -now hold 400,000 shares in USA thats quite enough for me to sit on for 5 years and see what happens- deposit is good grade as is management so happy with recent days doubling my holdings below 9c i would dream or expect a $1.00 share price minimum in that timeframe as a producer


Lets say in 2 years they have firmed up 70 m/lbs @ $75 lb contract price =
5.2 billion value less total cost of $35 lb including tax, amortization, depreciation etc...= leave NPAT of $40 lb mined uranium =3.1 billion NPAT

if we assume 3 million per year production we get a revenue of $120,000,000 divided onto say 450 million shares on issue allowing for funding /private placements etc...

then it may look something like this...

120 million NPAT PER ANNUM Divided by 450 million shares on issue

120/450m shares =26.6c per share EPS x PE multiple of say 10 = $2.66c per share....crazy numbers and we would all be reasonably wealthy
