I know the poster’s math is wrong, but I’m still betting that the split will generate significant value creation. Each of the businesses will be able to find their investors after being split from the other. The combination currently deters investors interested in one half or the other. That’s my thesis, anyway, and this is one of the stocks that I have invested in significantly at the moment. (PTG is another, of course.) Would love to hear from other investors who have different sites.deeper insights.
