Well the existing company will retain value through Sholl and One Network side of the company. And the new entity will derive it's value from the Mobi Data Group side of the business. Exactly how it will be split up through the in specie distribution of the assets I do not know. And also, what discount will shareholders be given with the attaching option to participate in the share subscription is also something that is unknown.
