We are getting a great deal. RDM are spinning out Silver with holders having to buy shares with no discount just priority. RDM retaining 50% (control). Smart way of obtaining enough funds to drill for reserves because RDM are trading at around 13 cents and the spin off is selling at 30 cents a share.
We are in a similar " price' situation. Lithium worth a lot more on its own than the current FFX share price.
We are very lucky to have a great management team. We will get 'free shares' but i think we may need to sell a few on market to raise some cash???? Depends on the deal of course.
