    Hello Guys,

    I am a fellow BGS, MLL, FFX Holder from Germany and was following your discussions over the past years here.
    Now I have a question myself. In all the past cap raises I could not participate due to not living in New Zearland / Australia.

    Has anyone of you experience how this is done within a Spinn-Off? I am a little bit nervous that I will not get any portion in the LiCo Spinn-Off from my Broker for the same reason.
