I agree a 'lock stock and barrel' sale is a real possibility. The upturn has just begun for Lithium itself and Lithium Companies. A buyer can pay what seems a hefty premium now knowing that the cycle will make it in hindsight look like a great buy.
$A400 mill plus is not out of the question. See the graph below. We are not far off the bottom of the second wave.
Still IMO odds are in favour of a partner coming on board and the rest to holders and maybe a few shares to sell to raise a bit of cash for the newce..
