    I’m no expert, but here are my thoughts. Maybe someone else here can confirm what I say … or otherwise.

    Starting with 720,100 LRS shares at a total cost of AU$126,000 …

    At the demerger, you became entitled to 14,402 ESG shares (unlisted). As an overseas shareholder, your shares were issued to a nominee and will be sold in the future when an opportunity arises. You will then receive the net proceeds.

    On the ESG Minerals Limited website, these shares are assigned a market value of AU$0.16 each … and so AU$2,364 in total.

    This reduces the cost basis of your LRS shares to AU$123,635.

    At the takeover, you were issued 50,407 PLS shares. These will have a cost basis of AU$123,635 in total, or around AU$2.45 each.
