It hardly seems worth the effort. In effect you get 1:5 shares, the total value of which will be around 1% of your current holding of Woolies shares. For me that just means a tiny SCA holding of a few hundred shares which is too small to be worth holding, and brokers fees also come into it. Sell SCA is just what I will be doing if it passes, but keeping WOW
