MDL/Oromin are very undervalued compared with a similar producer I own operating in Burkina Faso, Semafo Inc. A merger makes so much sense, I really hope it happens, so much so I demand it!
Having a couple of ex-Barrick hard nuts running the show, I expect these guys to bang heads together and make some deals for everyone's benefit.
All this happening over next 12 months... then MDL can cash-in on its 15% stake largely eliminating its equity financing needs for the zircon project.
Mate, the spin-off provides so many options... kicking myself I didn't buy more in the 70's... guess I got nervous about 'double-dip' like everyone else.
